Tough tray from PA and the 1930's.  I remember when I started collecting how tough this tray was back then.  Had a chance at an auction one time and was left in the dust. This one is not in good shape but if you don't have it, it would be a great filler until a clean one comes along. CONDITION: Poor to Good
