Super rare tray that you just dont see.  I didn't even know there was a town called Newport News in Virginia.  Beautiful factory scene with great graphics and colors.  Small blemish in upper right corner of the tray does not take anything away from this beauty.  A killer tray to add to anyone's collection. CONDITION: Very Good to Excellent
